As well as specific services which can be subjected to any additional and special terms or conditions specified by us periodically.
Product’s Sale Procedure
In order to deliver our products to the customers, it is mandatory to complete the purchase online as well as the online payment in order to facilitate the delivery.
Products are sold online in boxes of different numbers of bottles, cans or per unit.
– Minimum online order for 75cl Wines – 1 box of 6 bottles
– Minimum online order for 1.5l Magnum Wines – 1 box of 3 bottles
– Minimum online order for Grappa 70cl – 1 box of 3 bottles
– Minimum online order for Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a) 50cl bottle – 1 box of 3 bottles
b) 50cl can – 1 box of 3 cans
c) The 5L Can is sold per unit (piece)
The Products purchased on our Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure on the Checkout page “Billing & Shipping”
For Merchant, Retailers and Distributors can place the order via Contact Page and the administration will send you an offer respectively payments options.
Advance Payment
All ordered products must be fully paid in advance by debit card, credit card, digital Invoice or bank transfer to the account number specified on your invoice.
To ensure that the order has legal effect and to proceed with the delivery, the order must be paid in full in advance. Otherwise the delivery will not take effect.
Delivery
Online shipments through our Website are only available to all countries within the EU.
Shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are currently made through the following Swiss Order Form.
For international orders you should contact the administration department directly through the following link. La Collina declines any responsibility for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to La Collina Winery, breakages, damages that may arise during shipment.
It is your responsibility to immediately inspect the goods upon delivery and to notify us or the delivery company immediately of any shortage or damage. In the absence of notification within 1 day (24 hours), the shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery.
La Collina Winery is not responsible for any kind of damage or breakage that may occur during shipment. Instead, the shipping company insures any kind of damage that may be caused during the delivery.
Quality
La Collina Winery guarantees the proper storage process of all our products in our custody, as well as acting in good faith in the purchase of all products. Our quality control ensures that our products are of the highest quality required for their sale.
When you buy any of our products, it means that the bottle is provided inside his original pack and please consider that, in order to ensure a safety shipping, is possible that it will be opened, and wrapped separately. Please note that the shipping price depends on the number of items you bought. For these reasons La Collina Winery does not provide product returns.
