Location: steep southern hillsides, 300 m.a.s.l.,microclima Terroir – yellow clay with sand and ochre loam
Harvest: Manually harvested in small boxes
Method of fermentation: The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, maceration in steel tank for 1-2 weeks
Finishing: After the biological acid degradation the wine is stored in cement tanks for 6 months until bottling
Alcohol: 12.5%
Enjoyment maturity: Immediately, the maturing potential is 5 – 8 years.
Service temperature: 10 to 14°C
Recommended for: Aperitifs, appetizer, grilled meat, pasta
